The Exhibition Schottische. Composed in Commemoration of the Queensland International Exhibition, May 1897.
Brisbane: Gordon and Gotch, 1897.
34.5cm x 25cm. Illustrated lithogrpahed title, 4 pages, sheet music. Full limp leather, gilt lettering.Very scarce sheet music. The lithographed title illustration shows the recently completed Exhibition Building designed by G.H.M. Addison.
Bound with other sheet music incl. Brisbane-printed 'General Buller Waltz', by James Merritt (Brisbane, ca. 1900) and 'Young Ireland Quadrille' by Wilhelm Keller. 142 pages total.
Previous owner's name on title of the Exhibition Schottischem, Near Fine. The other sheet music with varying degrees of foxing and tears. The Exhibition Schottische is the best preserved in the binding.
