37.5cm x 27cm. 284 pages, tipped in colour plates, some folding. Faux brown leather, gilt lettering.The Deluxe Edition, limited to 275 signed and numbered copies, of which this is signed but out of sequence.
Moderate shelf wear with minor rubbing to leather. Minor soiling to edges. Somewhat musty. Good Condition.

A packing and handling charge of AU$10 for single book and small groups of lots applies. Large box lot(s) are charged at AU$20 per box. Large and fragile lots billed per half-hour.
Postage costs are charged at our contract carrier rates on top of the handling fee and shipped via the most practical carrier, usually Australia Post or FedEx, though other couriers may be used. Standard and express services are available.
