Miho Hiranouchi is a painter. Originally born in Tokyo, Japan, she moved to New York City in 2009 and has been working and living there since that time.
Since her childhood, she has loved all the things that exist in nature and the earth. Her artworks are expressed by painting, printmaking, sculpture, and also in collaborations with pianists and dancers. A piano that she designed and painted is placed in the PS49 music room in the Bronx as part of their permanent collection. In 2019, her painting was chosen for the Roosevelt Island Coler Hospital IFPM Banner Design.
