Artist Bio: Dana is an award winning artist whose passion for art has been lifelong. She is a fine art graduate whose early career focused mainly on graphic art and art direction. She then returned to her first love, drawing and painting. Getting back into the studio, Dana began to work with oil paints focusing specifically on portraiture and the effects of light and shadow on the human figure. After studying at the Art Students League, School of Visual Art, and the National Academy to more deeply explore the techniques of the old masters, she pursued a classical realist training at the Florence Academy of Art. Dana's roots are in classicism but each new painting brings a contemporary twist to her work. Her work has been in numerous galleries both nationally and internationally. Dana presently teaches at Ridgewood Art Institute and TASOC in New Jersey; teaching the fundamentals and classical traditions of drawing and painting.

Upon payment consent to release contact information to the artist and the shipper is implied. Shipping will be arranged by the Artist to be paid by the Buyer directly to the shipper.
