  I was commissioned to do another formal portrait of this girl and when it was completed I did this one for my self as a sample. I actually liked this one much better. I caught her practicing her violin outside and snapped a photo.

  Artist Bio: A graduate UGA, Leah has also studied with many elite artists such as Daniel Greene, Burton Silverman. Juried into numerous national and international exhibits, Leah currently has work hanging in the Beverly McNeil Gallery, Birmingham with NOAPS Best of America Small Works, another at the Salmagundi Club, NY with CLWAC, one at McBride Gallery, Maryland with IGOR, and a painting at the Marietta Cobb Museum, GA with Metro Montage. She was also in the American Women Artists National Exhibition in 2020, the OPA 2020 Eastern Regional, well as a Finalist in the Portrait Society of America 2020 Member Show. Henry won the Hudson Valley Art Assoc. award in the 2020 AAPL Grand National. She is honored to have her painting, Warrior's Walk, permanently hanging at Fort Stewart -3rd infantry Div., GA. Leah is affiliated with many organizations including AWA as a Signature Member; AAPL, Elected Member; CLWAC, Juried Member; Atlanta Fine Arts League, co-founder.
