  Artist Bio: Kathleen Curran Smits is a Connecticut artist who has studied landscapes extensively in several places around the world from aesthetic, artistic, and scientific points of view. She holds a B.S. and an M.A. Her travels have taken her to North Wales, Ireland, Canada and Australia, as well as the east and west coasts of the United States. Her commissions include eleven paintings of Lake Rosseau in Canada and scenes of the shore and private gardens of Fishers Island. Her landscape paintings have won awards and been accepted into numerous national exhibitions. She is adjunct faculty in Graphic Design at Manchester Community College. She served on the board of the American Artists Professional League in New York City. She is the incoming President and currently the Vice President of the Art League of New Britain, CT.

Upon payment consent to release contact information to the artist and the shipper is implied. Shipping will be arranged by the Artist to be paid by the Buyer directly to the shipper.
