Artist Bio: Shuli Wang is an artist living in the Chicago metropolitan area. She was born in Inner Mongolia, China. As a child, she showed great talent and passion in drawing and painting. In 2014, Shuli left her job as a financial engineer and picked up painting brushes. Since then, art comes back to her life like a long missed friend.
Shuli enjoys working with many mediums, pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, acrylic and oil. Her work could be described as impressionistic realism.The subjects of her works include landscaping, still life and animal portraits.
Shuli's paintings have been accepted by several national juried art shows hosted by the Oil Painters of America (OPA), American Impressionist Society (AIS), National Oil & Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS), and the American Artists Professional League (AAPL).
If painting is silent poetry, Shuli dedicates her poetries to heartwarming moments in the day to day life of ordinary people. - Shipping Info
