DESCRIPTION: Up for auction is a limited edition book Destin de Femme by Therese Castel with 21 color intaglio prints by Louis Icart. Hand coloring in gouache. Only 125 of this limited edition were produced. This is copy number 80 and is housed in the original card portfolio cover. The text and illustrations are printed on velin B.F.K. de Rives. The folio measures 12 3/4" x 9 3/4".The interior pages of book are in very good with minor toning and wear at the edges, see photos. Portfolio cover is in good condition with toning, wear, and areas of separation at the upper front and back boards, see photos. No internal markings. No previous owner's bookplate or markings. The book will be shipped in a box USPS Media Maiil.Condition
