The polar bear handbag and handbag with goose on dark green background with 'Grenfell Labrador Industries' labels; together with an embroidered suede zipper pouch.
The largest purse with dark green background 18 3/4 x 14 in. (to top of straps), (4 pcs).
Exhibited: The goose on dark green background: Grenfell Rugs, July 12 - August 27, 1988, San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles, San Jose, CA.
Matting Season: Hooked Mats of the Grenfell Mission, November 20, 1999 - May 14, 2000, Textile Museum of Canada, Toronto.

Condition
Each with wear and fading consistent with age and use. The braided handles of the handbag with goose with significant fraying and losses to the tops of the straps. Lightly soiled with some scattered staining, could benefit from cleaning. Otherwise in good condition.
