Comprising:
A rare steel and brass hand corker with brass fittings with turned wood handle, probably from the Piedmont District
An English steel four pillar corkscrew with turned bone handle
A Thomson type double-action corkscrew with turned bone handle and a Royal-Coat-of-Arms badge
A Thomson type double-action corkscrew with turned bone handle and ringed barrel
A London rack type corkscrew with wood handle, possibly made in Germany
A London rack type corkscrew with wood handle, possibly made in Germany
The largest 9 in. high, (6 pcs).
Condition
Wear, oxidation, stains and losses overall. The corker with crack to the handle. The four pillar with small chip and minor hairline crack, the side handle probably replaced. The ringed barrel with several hairline cracks and a loose brush. The two rack types with losses to the surface and greater oxidation. Otherwise in good vintage condition.
