  Vacances' by Huguette Ginet-Lasnier (French 1927-2020) oil painting on canvas, signed to the front provenance: from the artists estate, France canvas size: 21.5 x 18 inches A View over Provence... It is a stunning example of both its genre and the artists work. Ginet-Lasnier, the wife of the painter Jean Lasnier, was born in the Seine-Maritime region of France and went onto study at the Ecole Beaux-arts in Paris. She exhibited widely throughout France, her love of colour and capturing life in all its fun and colour comes through in her canvases.
