  Jean Jules B. Salmson (French, 1823-1902) bronze sculpture of William Shakespeare seated with books, 19th century. Very rare sculpture of the famous William Shakespeare. Bronzes of him and especially of this size are hard to find. Perfect fit for any library or man's office. Signed Salmson. Measures: 26" high x 13" wide Good condition. Dark brown patina. Some rubbing.
