Note: Brown earned her BFA and MFA from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. She received a Fulbright-Hays Grant for study in Belgium and The Netherlands followed by a Fulbright Memorial Fellowship to Japan in 1998. Brown's work has been exhibited in six Quilt National shows. Seven times she has exhibited in
Tactile Architecture, Washington, DC. Winning Ballentine Award for Best in Show twice during juried annual exhibits of The League of NH Craftsmen. Brown's work is in the collections of the Canadian Center for Architecture in Montreal, Canada and The Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum in Golden, CO, and the corporate collections of IBM, Bank of Boston, and the Hays Collection in Washington, DC.
