- Lot Description
Six Staffordshire Pottery Flatback Figures, England, second half 19th century, a depiction of Admiral Sir Deans Dundas, raised title Dundas, ht. 15 1/2; figure titled War, ht. 15; a figural vase titled The Rival, ht. 14; an angel with symbolic figures of England and Ireland below, ht. 12 3/4; an allegorical figure of a man seated atop a lion, a youth in the foreground with bow, ht. 14; and a couple as musicians, ht. 11 in.
Condition
Condition: Dundas: Hairline where hand touches cannon.
War: In very good condition throughout.
Rival: Chip to top rim of tree/vase.
Angel group: Old breaks and simply reglue to one neck and cojoined hands at forearms.
Man w/lion: In good condition throughout.
Musicians: In good condition throughout.
