Condition
Condition: The high chest is in excellent condition. It has been refinished and the brasses have been replaced. if you look closely you can see shadows of previous brasses and small filled holes where the posts were. All of this is not very evident. There is the expected veneer shrinkage with the resulting cracks, again no big deal. this is a very attractive piece of fine quality.
