Nickel-plated Dale Woody Custom Engraved Colt Model 1873 Single-action Army Revolver, c. 1876, serial number 28575, .45 Colt caliber, 20th century custom engraving overall with scrolling foliate patterns, shell decorations, and patterned background, top of the barrel marked "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO HARTFORD CT U.S.A.," left side of frame marked "PAT SEPT. 19, 1871/PAT JULY 2, 72," with rampant horse, inside of loading gate marked "327," underside of barrel marked "ENGR. WOODY," blued-steel cylinder pin, screws and trigger, mother-of-pearl grips, all visible serial numbers match, barrel lg. 5 1/2, overall lg. 11 in.

Condition: Plating is completely intact, rifling is strong with very minor pitting, action is crisp.
