Mahogany Desk Bookcase, Massachusetts, c. 1760-80, scroll cresting with carved pinwheel terminals, above two molded hinged doors with recessed shaped panels, opening to a multi-compartment interior with three drawers, the lower desk section with interior with central prospect drawer, flanked by three drawers and four valanced compartments, on a cockbeaded case of four blocked graduated drawers on conforming bracket feet, with old brasses, ht. 92, wd. 41, dp. 20 3/4 in.
