Lighthouse Alarm Clock Attributed to Simon Willard, c. 1818, painted iron rocking ship above the 5-in. dia. painted roman numeral dial with central alarm disc, winding arbor below, gilt and red-painted circular base, all mounted to a box-form mahogany base, hinged paneled door, resting on ogee bracket feet, eight-day brass movement with alarm train, ht. with dome 28 1/2 in.
