Late George III Needlepoint Settee, England, 19th century, with later components, camel-back with polychrome wool needlework and silk scenes of figures, acanthus foliage and floral motifs, on hairy claw-and-ball foot, ht. 36 1/4, wd. 74, dp. 30 in.
N.B. Property sold to benefit the Worcester Art Museum, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Please note updated 10/9: Crack in front leg. Some restorations to brown needlework particularly to front of seat cushion and newer fabric support underneath seat, minor separations of fabric on seat, needlework in good condition overall, some loss/fraying of silk on sides and back, cording detached or loose in areas.
