Jules Jurgensen 18kt Hunter Case Watch, Copenhagen, No. 11173, 1869, guilloche case opens to the porcelain Roman numeral dial marked Jules Juregensen/Copenhagen, blued-steel moon hands, inside lid marked Jules Jurgensen/18K/11173, patented crown-wind and setting, cuvette engraved No. 11173/Jules Jurgensen/Copenhagen opening to the nickel movement marked with maker's name, serial number, and origin, long lever escapement, bi-metallic balance, polished steel regulator arm and wolf's teeth winding wheelwork, all in a Jules Jurgensen mahogany display box with maker's name stamped on lock plate, retailer J.E. Caldwell/Philadelphia on inner fold out, original printed Jules Jurgensen factory cards, one marked This is to certify that the accompanying Patented Key Less Lever Watch No. 11173 has been manufactured in my establishment November 1869/Jules Jurgensen and withinstructions for setting the watch, dia. 51 mm, 115 g.
