Grain-painted Walnut Blanket Chest, possibly Pennsylvania, early 19th century, top with molded edge, above a well with till and bracket base below, with exuberant painted decoration to simulate exotic graining, (minor wear), ht. 23, wd. 37 1/2, dp. 18 1/2 in.
