French Napoleon III Chair Ebonized and parcel-giltwood
19th century
Domed crest rail with turned ears, centralized padded back, framed by columnar stiles, padded round seat, on turned legs joined by a medial serpentine stretcher, resting on caster feet, later covering, ht. 33, wd. 18 1/2, dp. 22 1/2 in.
Provenance: Purchased at John Norwood Antiques, New York.
