Four Blue Transfer Jugs, England and Wales, c. 1790-1820, an earthenware molded cabbage leaf jug printed with an early line-engraved Twin Temples pattern, unmarked, ht. 5 3/4; an earthenware jug printed with the Precarious Chinaman pattern on one side and the Tall Lady and Boy Fishing on the other, unmarked, attributed to Cambrian Pottery, ht. 7 2/4; an earthenware jug printed with the Long Bridge with Willow pattern, ochre enameled rim and collar, gilt framing around the coat of arms printed in underglaze below the spout, molded acanthus leaf handle, unmarked, attributed to Swansea, ht. 7 1/4; and a pineapple-shape molded earthenware jug printed with the Queen of Sheba pattern, brown enameled rim, unmarked, ht. 7 in.

Condition: Twin Temples jug: Very good condition with rim rub near the spout and one tiny glaze nick on the side.
Precarious Chinaman jug: Very good conditon with a small hairline in rim restored. One small kiln rub in the border, some wear on the handle.
Long Bridge with Willow jug: Very good condition with professional restoration to a small hole in the body and cleaning.
Queen of Sheba jug: Very good condition. Rim rub areas to the handle and a small amount of flaking of the enamel on the rim near the spout. One tiny glaze nick on the side.
