Five Works:
American School, 20th Century, Still Life with Cherries and Basket, unsigned, oil on canvas; American School, 20th Century, New England Village Winter View, unsigned, oil on canvasboard; Frank Thurlo (American, 1828-1913), Haystacks on the Marsh, signed "F. Thurlo" l.r., watercolor on paper; American School, 19th Century, Brook, North Conway, signed indistinctly l.r., oil on board mounted to canvas; and Charles T. Phelan (American, b. 1840), Sheep, signed "Chas. T. Phelan" l.r., oil on board. Sight sizes to 11 3/4 x 18 in., all framed except Brook. Condition: Most with surface grime, Cherries with puncture u.l., retouch, Haystacks with possible toning, not examined out of frame, Brook with punctures, abrasions, retouch, Sheep with retouch.
