Custom Woodmeister Media and Fireplace Console with Wall Shelves
Macassar veneer, clear maple, stone, metal, glass, stainless steel
Massachusetts, late 20th/ early 21st century
Comprised of a frame for wall mounted television, opening 35 1/2 x 44 over a 3-in., thick rectangular top, centered by a stainless steel ecosmart fire unit with slab stone surround with glass shield, flanked by two cabinets each fitted with two shelves and outlet openings, vent channels allow for heat dissipation throughout unit, the whole raised on shaped support, uses liquid fuel, stone fireback is mounted to wood backing, back stone panel has some stable cracks which can be filled, approx. ht. 75 1/2, console 36, wd. 93 1/4, dp. 27 3/4, stone fireback ht. 24 1/2, wd. 48 in. ; accompanied by four macassar veneer wall shelves with strip lighting at rear, can be mounted anywhere, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 10, thickness 2 3/4 in.
