"A rather seductive style of Cheval Blanc that has been delicious from its youth, this wine continues to develop beautifully, and although it seems to have attained full maturity, the wine shows plenty of sweet plum, mocha, coffee, and black currant fruit intermixed with some menthol, chocolate, and cola. The wine is lush, medium to full-bodied, very soft, and ideal for drinking now and over the next 5-7 years." R. Parker for TWA, 92 pts. 01/03
