Condition: Relined, retouch.
Provenance: Descended through the family to the current owner from Daniel or William Bacon.

She was owned by Crocker & Warren of York, then by Crocker and Sturgis of Boston, and finally by N.G. and W.B. Bacon of Boston. She was a very fast sailer and many many trips to California and China. In her day the
Phantom was an iconic clipper ship of the California Gold Rush days.
