Antique 18kt Gold and Enamel Open Face Lapel Watch, the gold dial with Roman numeral indicators, enclosing key-wind, key-set Courvoisier 8-jewel cylinder movement, the case with engraved accents, enamel reserves, and split pearls, 29 mm, suspended from an associated 14kt gold and split pearl watch pin.
