A Commemorative and Two Additional Blue Transfer Mugs, England, c. 1799-1840, a large Dawson earthenware commemorative mug printed with the Two Temples II, Variation Broseley pattern, the name “John Garthorn” painted in the lower center of the mug, printed maker's mark, ht. 5 1/2; an ironstone mug printed with the Turner Willow pattern, unmarked, attributed to William & John Turner, ht. 4 5/8; and a half-pint size pearlware mug printed in light blue with the Two Temples II, Variation Broseley pattern, reversed, the words “Imperial Half Pint” printed in black surrounded by wheat shafts, unmarked, ht. 3 1/4 in.

Condition: Commemorative mug: Good condition with a vertical 2 1/2 in. firing line at the center base of the mug.
Turner Willow mug: Very good condition with no evidence of chips, cracks, or restorations.
Half-pint mug: Good condition; one under-the-glaze chip, one tiny chip to the rim, and one 1/4 in. hairline to the rim.
