Condition
Good condition with normal gilding wear, gilding touch-ups, crazing throughout, surface buildup, a few tiny nicks, and general wear associated with koro of this age and materials. The colored enamel areas are painted in a watery method and the faces are done in an almost ethereal style of painting. This separates this koro from the average Satsuma export painted wares.
