- Lot Description
Ulisse Cantagalli (Florentine, 1839 - 1901) an associated pair of polychromed lustreware griffon-form candlesticks, each griffon bearing an heraldic shield, one bearing the arms of the Medici family, the other the arms of the city of Florence, each on canted triangular footed bases, the undersides marked with the blue underglaze Cantagalli factory rooster mark of the 20th century. 13" H x 3.5" W x 4" D overall.
