Royal Crown Derby large assembled dinner service, each piece with iron red underglaze marks with various date marks (largely for 1974) in the "Royal St. James" pattern (introduced 1965) each with gilded scalloped edges and with gilt sprays of wheat and flowers to rims, and comprising: twenty-five (25) dinner plates (two forms), twenty-four (24) soup bowls, twenty-four (24) salad/dessert plates, twenty-four (24) bread plates, thirteen (26) coffee / tea cups and saucers, (1) coffee pot, (1) tea pot (lid restuck), (1) creamer, (1) covered sugar pot, two (2) oval vegetable dishes, (3) three trays, (1) covered soup tureen, (1) one covered vegetable dish, (2) Sauce boats on stand. 111 pieces total. Provenance: Property from an Upper East Side townhouse.
