Vintage Frederick Raymond slag glass table lamp with four light bulb fittings, the decagonal shade and rectangular base with iridescent glass inserts and gold-tone metal frame with geometric design in the Arts and Crafts / Mission manner, struck "(C) 1993 FREDERICK RAYMOND, INC." to top of shade. Repairs to three glass panels of shade. 27.5" H x 23.5" W x 23.25" D.
