Ernst Schwadron (Austrian/American, 1896-1979) Mid-Century Modern / Modernist Upholstered Dining Chairs, Circa 1940s, the rectangular backs with vertical cut outs above a shaped seat, allover upholstered in Jack Lenor Larsen patterned velvet from the 1970s, on splayed tapering reeded legs, apparently unsigned. 35" H x 21" W x 19.5" D; seat: 18.5" H. Provenance: From a 1025 5th Avenue estate.
