Charles X French Restoration chased gilded bronze mantel clock, dial with roman number surmounted by a sheaf of wheat and flowers, rest on a base with military attributes framing the motto "Honneur et Patrie", flanked by a soldier holding a spade on one side and a saber, bayonet and flail on the other, the whole raised on Empire feet, missing on hand and movement replaced, circa nineteenth century. 14.5" H x 11" W x 4" D. Provenance: Property from an Upper East Side townhouse.
