A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL HUNTING KNIFE, PERIOD OF ALEXANDER III (1881-1894)
Leather scabbard with metal fittings, the single-edged blade with the royal cypher of Alexander III on one side and the Russian Imperial Eagle on the other, the locket with a single suspension ring, the base of the blade with an impressed A on one side and possibly an impressed eagle on the other, length of blade: 24.5 cm (9 5/8 in.), overall length: 39 cm (15 3/8 in.)
