A RUSSIAN ICON OF THE VIRGIN OF THE BURNING BUSH WITH FEASTS IN A GILT SILVER AND ENAMEL OKLAD
the Twelve Feasts (including Nativity of Christ, Baptism of Christ, Resurrection, Exaltation of the Cross and the Holy Trinity) surrounding the central composition featuring the icon of the Neopalimaya Kupina. The oklad with raised cloisonne enamel frame in the center and intricate square decorations on the corners, with Moscow town mark, dated assayer`s mark LO 1895, Cyrillic maker`s mark of NG and 84 standard.
