the goddess modelled seated in a pose of royal ease next to a recumbent Buddhist lion, her right hand resting on books on its back and holding a scroll, wearing a necklace and a long, flowing robe, the lion peering up at the deity, height: 21.6 cm ( 8 1/2 in.), the back with a seal mark reading He Chaozong within a double-gourd
