Bemic Nelson Yellowman (born 1952) is a self-taught Navajo artist from New Mexico, renowned for his dynamic acrylic paintings and intricate watercolors that depict the strength and beauty of Native American cultures. Raised in Ogden, Shiprock, and Albuquerque, he began painting in 1963, focusing on subjects such as the Dog Soldiers, capturing their protective spirit. Beyond painting, Yellowman has contributed to Native American art education by teaching at the old Albuquerque Indian School and has engaged in acting, with roles in productions like "The New World" and "Longmire."
In-house shipping is available for coins, jewelry, and sterling. Please note a $10 handling fee is added to the cost of shipping. Additionally, all shipments require full insurance & signature required. All other items will be shipped through our local UPS service. Once your items are ready to ship, you will receive an invoice directly from UPS. If you wish to use your own shipping provider or choose to use a third party for pickup, please notify us no later than 2 days post auction. We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs an item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. All shipments must be fully insured/ declared at their full purchase price. The recipient is responsible for any/all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. International shipments are a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by SebastianCharles.
