- Lot Description
Beautiful 2010 National League All-Star ring given to former San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson. Wilson had the best season of his career in 2010, the year the Giants won the World Series for the first time since moving to San Francisco in 1958. Wilson led all of baseball with 48 saves en route to the championship.
The face of the ring features a five-point star carved into a red stone on the top surrounded by "2010 ALL-STAR GAME". Raised image of the National League logo on one side above cluster of stars. Raised image of the 2010 All-Star Game logo on the other shank, also above a cluster of stars. Made by Masters of Design. Inside stamped with "MOD," the Herff Jones logo, and "ULT". One of the rarer All-Star Game rings. Accompanied by a Wilson LOA certifying this ring is part of his collection being offered in this auction.
