- Lot Description
After over 1,400 live shows dating back to their Hamburg days in 1960, the Beatles played their final show on August 29, 1966. Appearing before 25,000 screaming fans packed into San Francisco’s Candlestick Park, the Fab Four tore through eleven tunes ranging from “I Wanna Be Your Man” and “Rock and Roll Music” from their early pop period to “Yesterday” and “Paperback Writer” that harkened to the direction they would follow when they would record the “Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band” record. This full ticket would have allowed the original owner entry to a lower grand stand seat for this final Beatles gig. The ticket is in wonderful condition with no creasing or staining. The ticket has been encapsulated and graded EX 5 by PSA.
