- Lot Description
Offered here is a Thomas Müller player-issued jersey from Germany's 2024 UEFA European Cup group play match vs. Switzerland in Frankfurt on June 23, 2024. Each player is issued at least two shirts for every scheduled match, and this unused Müller shirt ended up with the team kitman after the 1-1 draw. Shortly after the 2024 Euro Cup, the now 35-year-old winger/striker retired from international competition as one of Germany's all-time greatest players, having notched 45 goals in 131 caps with the senior squad since 2010. Even more impressive is his ongoing 25-year run with Bayern Munich, starting with the youth development team at the age of ten. Approaching 500 Bundesliga matches and nearly 750 total competitions, Müller holds the famed German club record for most appearances.
The white German National Team shirt made by Adidas has black, red, orange and yellow accents on the shoulders. "Müller" and his number "13" appear on the back in black. An Adidas Logo, the match date and location, and his number "13" appear on the front, with the Germany team crest (four stars denoting four World Cup titles) on the left chest. The properly tagged, size L shirt has a Euro Cup logo patch on the right sleeve and "UEFA Foundation for Children" patch on the left sleeve. Sourced through the German kit staff, it comes with an LOA from Sports Investors Authentication.
