- Lot Description
Offered here is a Toni Kroos player-issued jersey from Germany's 2024 UEFA European Cup group play match vs. Hungary in Stuttgart on June 19, 2024. Each player is issued at least two shirts for every scheduled match, and this unused Kroos shirt ended up with the team kitman after Germany's 2-0 victory. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of his generation, the now 34-year-old retired from both club and international competition following the 2024 Euro Cup. He tallied 17 goals and 15 assists in 114 caps with the German National Team going back to 2010. On the club side, starring for Bayern Munich (2007-14) and Real Madrid (2014-24), Kroos won 34 trophies to become the most accomplished German footballer of all time.
The German National Team shirt made by Adidas comes in an alternate purple and pink design. "KROOS" and his number "8" appear on the back in white. An Adidas Logo, the match date and location, and "8" appear on the front, with the Germany team crest (four stars denoting four World Cup titles) on the left chest. The properly tagged, size S shirt (same as his other exemplars) has a Euro Cup logo patch on the right sleeve and "UEFA Foundation for Children" patch on the left sleeve. Sourced through the German kit staff, it comes with an LOA from Sports Investors Authentication.
