- Lot Description
Dwayne Wade is basketball royalty in South Beach, bringing the Heat franchise its first NBA title in 2006 and before delivering two more to the Magic City in 2012 and 2013. Wade was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2023 and recently became the first Miami Heat player with his own statue, which was recently unveiled outside the team's Kaseya Center arena.
Presented here is a pair of 2012 Dwyane Wade signed and inscribed Jordan Brand 'Fly Wade 2 EV' player-exclusive shoes in a specially released "Biscayne" colorway. The vibrant sneakers come in purple and black with neon pink accents and laces for a true "Miami Vice" theme. They are tagged below the tongues in Wade's size 15 with "Sales CFM Sample" on the Nike label. The toe of the right shoe has been autographed by Wade with the inscription "Much Love" below. The left shoe has been inscribed "12 Champs" in matching 9.5/10 silver permanent marker. They come from a reliable source and exhibit evidence of player use with light-to-moderate outer wear and the removal of Wade's custom insoles.
Released in June 2012 (https://jordansdaily.com/2012/05/31/jordan-fly-wade-2-ev-biscayne) around the time D-Wade, LeBron and the Heat were having their 2012 championship parade in South Beach, there were likely wore by Wade during his 2012 summer training or in the 2012-13 preseason. They have been consigned directly from a Hollywood actor whose daughter played college basketball at a major D-1 program. Wade gifted these to her and signed them in person when she was just a young girl. Autographs certified by PSA/DNA.
