- Lot Description
The 2010 San Francisco Giants season was the team's 53rd in San Francisco, and that squad was finally able to bring a World Series title to the city. After winning the NL West on the final day of the season, the Giants beat the Atlanta Braves in five games in the NLDS and the heavily favored Philadelphia Phillies in six in the NLCS to set up a matchup with the Texas Rangers in the World Series. The Giants handled Texas in five games to bring the title back to the Bay.
Offered is a bat signed by 26 members of the 2010 World Series Giants team. Stars like Buster Posey, Tim Lincecum, Madison Bumgarner, Matt Cain, Barry Zito, Pablo Sandoval, Cody Ross, Aubrey Huff, Pat Burrell, Freddy Sanchez, Sergio Romo, Santiago Casilla, Javier Lopez, Jeremy Affeldt, and manager Bruce Bochy, among others, have signed the Louisville Slugger in bold black permanent marker.
