- Lot Description
2002 was Edgar Martinez's age 39 season with the Seattle Mariners. The Hall of Famer remained productive, batting a respectable .277 with 15 home runs and 55 RBI in a season somewhat hampered by injury. Offered is Martinez's Louisville Slugger M356 bat from that 2002 season. The bat exhibits excellent use with a repaired handle crack. Several ball marks are visible on the right and left barrel. There is a heavy coat of pine tar on the handle and around the center brand. John Taube of PSA/DNA gave the bat a near-perfect GU 9 grade for the game use.
