The 1999 Yankees secured their 25th World Series title to pass the NHL’s Montreal Canadians for most championships by a North American major professional sports team. New York went 98-64 during the regular season and dropped just one game in the playoffs (Boston, ALCS), sweeping the Braves in the Fall Classic. It was a fitting way to wrap up the 20th century for the storied franchise. This Official 1999 World Series (Selig) baseball holds 21 signatures including Hall of Famers Joe Torre and Derek Jeter on the sweet spot in bold blue ball point. Most of the remaining autographs are significantly faded. Accompanied by an LOA from PSA/DNA
