- Lot Description
After going 72-10 during the regular season, the Chicago Bulls beat the Seattle SuperSonics four games to two in the Finals. This was the first championship in the Bulls’ second "three-peat" run and the fourth time Michael Jordan was named the NBA Finals MVP. This dramatic action shot features MJ about to unleash the ball to the basket as Gary Peyton and Shawn Kemp of the Sonics look on helplessly. The photographer composed the shot to include the bold “BULLS” lettering on the floor, giving this piece dynamic visual appeal. The front of the photo has been printed to its edge and has some very slight wear on its corners. The reverse has the Kodak watermark and a notation in blue ballpoint pen. The photograph measures 8” x 10” and has been encapsulated and graded a Type 1 by PSA.
