- Lot Description
Mark Aguirre began his 13-year NBA career in 1981 with the Dallas Mavericks and continued his tenure with the 'Bad Boys' Detroit Pistons in the mid-late 90s before finishing his career with a one-year stint with the LA Clippers.
This lot presents a 1991-92 Mark Aguirre Detroit Pistons game worn home jersey. The size 46 + 4 body length jersey remains in excellent condition while showing evidence of game use. The jersey would have been given a perfect A10 grade but due to the peeling of the name on the rear the grade has been dropped a single grade point. The Champion NBA Official tagging presented on the lower left hand side of the jersey reads "1991" denoting the year as well as the jersey size.
Aguirre averaged 11.3 ppg, 3.1 rpg, and 1.7 assists during his '91-'92 MBA campaign.
