- Lot Description
1967 was Richie "Dick" Allen's third straight All Star season with the Philadelphia Phillies. He led the National League in both OBP and OPS. Allen batted .307 with 23 home runs and 77 RBI, walking 75 times as well.
Offered is Allen's Adirondack 194VP bat from that stellar 1967 campaign. The uncracked bat shows excellent game use. Allen's number 15 is written on the knob in black marker, and hash marks denoting points of measurement are on the handle and back barrel. These side written Adirondack bats have outstanding player provenance. PSA/DNA awarded the bat a perfect GU 10.
